Agreement to these Terms
These Terms apply to Adjuda websites, services, documentation, and related materials unless you have a separate written agreement with Adjuda. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
By accessing or using Adjuda, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent.
The Adjuda service
Adjuda helps customers route AI-related decisions to reviewers, hold actions until review is complete, capture audit evidence, and automate routine outcomes when customer-defined controls allow it.
Adjuda does not replace a customer legal, compliance, risk, or operational program. Customers are responsible for deciding which workflows should be governed, which actions require review, and how reviewer decisions should be applied.
Accounts, administrators, and users
Customers are responsible for authorizing users, configuring workspaces, managing integrations, protecting credentials, and keeping account information accurate.
You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use Adjuda in a way that exceeds your authorization.
Customer data and instructions
Customers retain ownership of data submitted to Adjuda, including decision context, AI findings, reviewer actions, evidence, policy references, and audit trail events.
You grant Adjuda the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and improve the service using that data according to your configuration and agreement.
AI findings and human review
Adjuda may receive AI outputs, confidence scores, recommendations, or other machine-generated findings from customer systems. Those findings are inputs to customer workflows, not final determinations by Adjuda.
Customers remain responsible for reviewer assignment, final decisions, policy interpretation, downstream actions, and compliance with laws that apply to their use of AI or automation.
Acceptable use
You may not use Adjuda to violate law, infringe rights, submit malicious code, test systems without authorization, reverse engineer the service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
You may not use Adjuda to automate decisions in areas where you lack authority or where automation would violate your legal, contractual, or policy obligations.
Integrations and third-party services
Adjuda may connect to customer systems, internal tooling, messaging platforms, identity providers, data sources, and other third-party services. Customers are responsible for authorizing and configuring those integrations.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Adjuda is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Confidentiality and security
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of providing or using Adjuda.
Adjuda uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service. Customers are responsible for their own systems, users, review policies, and integration credentials.
Fees and orders
If you purchase Adjuda under an order form, quote, or other written agreement, the fees, payment terms, usage limits, support commitments, and subscription period in that document apply.
If no separate written order applies, paid access may be limited, suspended, or changed according to the plan or arrangement agreed with Adjuda.
Service changes and beta features
Adjuda may improve or modify the service over time. We aim to preserve core customer workflows and provide reasonable notice for material changes where practicable.
Preview, beta, or experimental features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued and may not be subject to the same commitments as generally available features.
Disclaimers and liability
Except for commitments expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Adjuda is provided as available and without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjuda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
Suspension and termination
Adjuda may suspend access if use of the service creates security risk, violates these Terms, exceeds authorization, or could harm Adjuda, customers, users, or third parties.
Upon termination, customers should export or delete data according to the applicable agreement and product capabilities.
