Scope
This Privacy Notice describes how Adjuda handles personal information when people visit our website, contact us, request a demo, evaluate the service, or use Adjuda services.
When Adjuda processes data on behalf of a customer inside a governed workflow, the customer controls the workflow data and Adjuda processes it according to the applicable agreement and configuration.
Information you provide
We collect contact and business information you choose to share, including name, work email, company, role, messages, demo requests, procurement details, and security or legal questions.
If you create an account or are invited into an Adjuda workspace, we may collect profile, authentication, workspace, and administrative information needed to operate that account.
Workflow and audit information
Customers may submit AI findings, reviewer assignments, decision context, evidence, policy references, reviewer actions, reasons, timestamps, and system outcomes to Adjuda.
Adjuda is designed to keep AI findings, human review, system holds, overrides, rule versions, and audit trail events distinct so customers can understand how a decision moved through the workflow.
Usage, device, and log data
We collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, product events, integration activity, and diagnostic logs.
We use this information to operate the website and service, troubleshoot issues, secure systems, understand usage, and improve product reliability.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and support Adjuda, route review workflows, maintain audit trails, secure the service, analyze performance, and communicate about product or administrative matters.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product adoption, improve workflow design, and explain product performance without identifying a specific person or customer.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, support, analyze, and communicate about Adjuda.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce agreements, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.
Customer workflow and audit trail retention may vary by agreement, workspace configuration, and customer instructions.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in Adjuda. No service can guarantee absolute security, but security controls are part of how we design and operate the product.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact security@adjuda.com.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for certain personal information.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@adjuda.com. If your request relates to data controlled by an Adjuda customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
